I guide people in the joyful exploration and development of their sexuality. My work with you is based on my many years of personal experience with bodywork, sexuality, and communication. This is complemented by my diverse experience as a tantric massage therapist. Sexual coaching is particularly beneficial if you have a specific concern you want to explore, a personal interest in researching your sexuality. At the beginning of the session, we'll get an overview of your situation and define a topic you want to work on. The balance between conversation and bodywork varies depending on your specific interests. During the sexual coaching sessions, I remain clothed—you decide whether and how much you want to undress and what kind of touch you'd like to experience. We'll work with perception, breath, movement, and communication, among other things. An important component is Betty Martin's "Wheel of Consent." To achieve lasting changes, several sessions will likely be necessary, as well as a willingness to actively participate between sessions. The body learns through repetition.
